Dad: Composition
It is important to carefully consider the order of elements that create the overall composition.
This is due to the way in which the elements are exposed over time in the process.
The uv treated paper will be initially dried so that crisp registration can be gained from the OHP film. Lemon juice may be added beneath the roses to create a greener hue in this area.
The white mosaic paper template will be background texture and therefore needs to be the layer longest exposed to UV. This will give it a deep cyan with faint tesselated pattern showing in the back of the image. It is also a completely flat element and needs to lay flat. This will be the second layer.
The hand hold OHP film is the same, it needs to lay flat and is the most important element of the image. This needs to lay flat on the uv sensitive paper. This will be the first layer and remain until the end
The rose elements will be on the top layer but will be moved around. It will initially be on the top until the mosaic grid is removed. The petals do not need to be exactly replaced but the rose stem will be (as near as possible).
This should give depth and interest. Other areas might be added in the experimental process depending on what happens. It may also be gold gilded in places and maybe have magenta accents but that decision happens later on the process.
