Hunstanton : Navigating nature
These sea thistle were found on the sandy coastline near Hunstanton.
They are of interest due their sculptural form and the potential for masking in Cyanotype print making.
Notice the different form unfolding on an individual plant.

The space was navigated by way of boardwalks and specified access routes however at one point it was possible to see ‘lines of desire’ pathways made naturally by walkers as ‘cut throughs’ that bypassed authorised routes.
